This is a 4TV project in which a full course of misoprostol is embedded in a business card. This process is easy to do, takes no special training, and no special equipment, and can be made for 87 cents per card. This also allows them to pass through the mail without being damaged by mail sorting machines, or detected by rigid object detectors. Additionally, they are easier to hide, and easier to smuggle.
